Sunday School is not just for Kids! We may not have snack time but we do get fed. Our adult Sunday school class will fill you up with a lot of answers. We want our adults educated in the Bible, for how else will we develope a stronger relationship with our Lord? The Bible tells us to "Study to shew ourselves approved". Our class covers much, from church history to childraising. We like to take topics and explore them through the Bible.
We want our adults actively serving the Lord. At HBT we do our best to equip the people with knowledge, faith, and support to go out into the world we live in, and be a real Christian! We encourage our ladies to fellowship with one another with Ladies meeting once a month, and retreats throughout the year. Our get to do the same thing as well, like heading to Fresno for the Master's Men conference in May.
Let's face it, it is a tough world out there. With work, school, finances, children, family, and all the other things in life to be responsible about, we need as much help as we can get. Having a good, solid Christian church family to meet with regularly, and being encouraged through God's Word, is a tremendous blessing in life. God does have the answers!
